Greek Garlic Spread with Almond 180g
Skordalia is a traditional Greek spread with garlic, olive oil and bread as its main ingredients. It is a great accompaniment to ouzo or other local distillates and is served on bread or rusks soaked in water. Greek skordalia is made on the island of Chios with almonds. Try it with fried fresh broad beans.
