Freeze-drying (or lyophilization) is a method of dehydration under conditions of low
pressure & temperature. With this procedure, the nutritional ingredients and taste
remain unchanged, while the shelf life of the product increases without the addition of preservatives and it does no longer require storage in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: 100% cow’s yoghurt powder.

Use 1 sachet (30g) to prepare one portion of yoghurt with the same nutritional value as a yoghurt of 150ml.
Preparation instructions: In a mug, add 100ml of water for each sachet of yoghurt powder (30g) and stir with a hand mixer for 1 minute. On the mountain, at the sea, on the boat or at your holiday house, add gradually 100ml of water for each sachet of yoghurt powder (30g) and stir vigorously and continuously with a spoon for about 3 minutes, until you achieve the texture of yoghurt you desire. Consume it directly or store it in the refrigerator for consumption within 2 days.
Other uses: The yoghurt powder can also be used for making desserts, cakes and smoothies.
