From mountain vineyards of northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), we produce this red wine with deep red and purple hues.

It is dense youthful nose with fruit, candy milk dominates over the flowering jasmine and hints of sweet spices. The mouth is dominated by rich alchohol and tannins keep their aggression even in the aftertaste. Served 16-18°C and accompanies hunting, red meat and spicy cheese.
