Mediterra SA, was founded, in 17 June 2002 by Chios Mastiha Growers Association, with the main objectives: establishment of a marketing tool for mastiha (mastihashop), development, production, promotion and sale of mastiha products worldwide, development, production and sale of high quality Greek products, development & implementation of promotional activities.

The most prominent activity of the company is the mastihashop stores, which have offered promotion services of incalculable value to the case of mastiha and dozens of awards to the company related to the concept, brand, packaging and innovation.

In order to achieve its founding goals, the company has adopted a complex business model that combines sales, production, research & development activities with marketing and communication elements leaving a strong imprint on its organization and operation. In this context, in recent years, and with a commitment to extroversion, cooperation and innovation, the company has decided to participate in the establishment of related legal entities in Greece and abroad.
