At Mastihashop, we are pleased to offer international shipping to selected destinations outside the European Union.
Currently, automatic checkout shipping is available for the following countries:

• Australia
• Canada
For other destinations outside the European Union, shipping may be available upon request. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
Shipping Method
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.
For international orders outside the European Union, a minimum order value of 69€ (excluding shipping costs) applies.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States: 3–6 business days
Australia: 4–8 business days
Canada: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
They are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Mastihashop has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information regarding potential import costs.
Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection.
Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are outside Mastihashop’s control.
