Green Your Freight Service
How it works
In order for your order to be shipped through the Green Your Freight service, it is essential that it meets all of the following conditions:
1) Geographic coverage
Valid for addresses up to 9 km in a straight line from the mastihashop of Neos Kosmos (Evrydamantos 11, P.C. 11745).
Indicative areas covered: Neos Kosmos, Kallithea, Moschato, Agios Ioannis Rentis, Votanikos, Egaleo, Metaxourgio, Exarchia, Gyzi, Kolonaki, Vyronas, Daphne, Nea Smyrni, Agios Dimitrios, Ilioupoli, Paleo Faliro.
2) Sending limits
- Maximum bale volume: up to 0.064 m³
- Maximum package weight: up to 12 kg
3) Product availability
The GYF option is valid as long as all products in the order are available for immediate shipment.
4) Delivery times
Delivery within the time window 09:00–16:00 (Monday–Friday).
5) Payment method
GYF only supports prepaid orders (debit/credit/prepaid card). Cash on delivery is not available with GYF.
In case the conditions are not met, shipping via Green Your Freight cannot be carried out , your order will be shipped via ACS or BOX NOW within 1–3 business days . Any difference in shipping costs will be automatically refunded using the same payment method.
