Goat cheese with Florina peppers and mastiha

  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil infused with mastiha
  • 6 large red peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped, or 6 roasted red Florina peppers in olive oil, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper















1. Mix all the ingridients in a blender until the mixture becomes a thick and smooth cream.

2.Place the mixture in a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Serve with fresh vegetables such us cauliflower florets, Belgian endive leaves or celery stalks.
