Warm salad with spinach, orange and olive oil infused with mastiha

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 kg spinach, cleaned from the edges
  • 1 large merlin orange, cut into 8 slices
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup olive oil flavored with Mastic
  • salt

  1. Wash the spinach and dry it well. In a deep pan or wide pot, heat the non-infused oil and add the spinach.
  2. Once it wilts, add the garlic, salt, and orange pieces. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Then, drizzle with the infused olive oil and serve.
