INGREDIENTS for 4 portions:
1 sachet vanilla pudding powder mix (30g)
440ml milk or plant based beverage
2–4 table spoons of honey or sugar
Preparation instructions:
1.Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it starts to boil, remove it from the heating source. 2.From the warm milk, take half a teacup and add to it the pudding powder mix with vanilla flavor along with the honey or the sugar or the equivalent sweetener you prefer and stir well in order to avoid lumps. 3.Return the saucepan to the heating source, add the content of the teacup while stirring constantly until the cream thickens and has a velvety texture. 4.Serve the pudding in 4 bowls. The pudding can be offered cold or warm. Enjoy!
