- 225g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2-4 dried chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 pickled green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2-3 drops Mastic oil
- 3-5 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
