Indications: Chios Mastiha contributes to eradication of Helico- bacter pylori (the causative agent in thecreation of ulcers), reliefs from heartburnand digestive problems in general.

Dosage: Adults, 2-4 capsules daily, with water or juice, 30 minutesbefore your meal. Ideally consume 3 capsules daily, 1 before each meal. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Undesirable effects: There were no adverseeffects at doses up to five grams a day for period up to 6 months. Higher dose has not beenused in clinical studies.
