In Chios, the spring rose petals were preserved in syrup and enjoyed all year round. Known as “spoon sweets”, they are still being served with a teaspoon in a small plate, accompanied by a glass of water. A wonderful yogurt topping, rich in rose petals. Experience a different way of enjoying yogurt. Can be also used as a topping on cakes and ice cream.
