From mountain vineyards yield low area in northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), we produce this red dessert wine, traditionally maturing grapes for two weeks in order to condense the flavour and the sugars.
Dominate flavor notes of honey and dried fruit in the mouth and the rich flavour of rounds with soft tannins. Served at 16-18°C.
