Chios mastiha is used as an ingredient in the preparation of desserts, confectionery products and baked goods. Mastiha sweet, is a traditional treat- and delightfully named “submarine” in Greek. The customary way to eat mastiha sweet, is to take a spoonful, submerge it in a glass of water and lick it like a lollipop.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup (corn), water, rose petals 2%, Chios Mastiha 0.04%, Chios Mastiha oil.
It may contain traces of SO2 (corn syrup, sugar) and rose stamens.
