Tagliatelle with Chios mastiha.
Boiling time: 5-8 minutes.
Instructions: Boil the pasta and add 100gr of butter to a frying pan, salt and pepper to taste and when it's sizzling, add the pasta, stir a bit, and add one glass of white wine. Add 500gr of milk creme, stir, and let it rest till glossy. Serve with narrow strips of cheese of your liking.
Ingredients: Wheat semolina, water, mastiha, mastiha oil.
