This original recipe is enhanced with the unique flavor of Chios mastiha oil results in a high quality bitter-sweet chocolate. Try it as a snack or as an excellent ingredient (couverture) in baking and in pastry.

Ingredients: Cocoamass, sugar, cocoa butter, flavouring (vanillin), emulsifier (soy lecithin), Chios Mastiha Oil (0.09%), cocoa solids : 60% minimum.
