The innovative Tsoureki Mix facilitates the process of making a fluffy, aromatic and rich brioche, as its 3 main ingredients are in an easy-to-use package, calculated in the appropriate quantity. Tsoureki Mix offers the authentic taste, texture and aroma of the traditional greek brioche, with the yeast, mahlep and mastiha it contains.
Ingredients: Dry yeast (saccharomyces cerevisae, Εmulsifier: sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid), Mahlep, Chios Mastiha.
Allergens: No allergen ingredients contained.
Dosage: 2 sachets of 20g need to be used in 1Kg of flour for 2 large brioches.
Packaging: 2 sachets of 20g. Each sachet (20g) contains 14g dry yeast, 4.5g mahlep and 1.5g Chios mastiha.
